Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BuildUp website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Ones To Scout Technologies LLC ("BuildUp," "we," or "us"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

BuildUp is an AI-powered football intelligence platform that turns match video into structured data, insights, and products. Our products include BuildUp Platform (centralized scouting and football data infrastructure), BuildUp Team (AI match analysis for clubs and academies), the BuildUp Player App (personal match data and profiles), and the BuildUp API (raw football data from video). We extract data from filmed matches — no wearable devices or GPS trackers are required.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. Users under 18 require the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Some products may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Upload, share, or process match video or content you do not have the right to use;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Services outside the means we provide;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services, servers, or networks connected to them;
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute data or outputs without authorization;
• Use the Services to discriminate against, harass, or harm any individual or organization.

You retain ownership of the match video, clips, and other content you submit ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant BuildUp a worldwide, non-exclusive license to process, analyze, and display it as needed to provide the Services, including generating stats, clips, reports, and data outputs. You represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions to submit your User Content, including rights from players, teams, leagues, and any third parties visible in the footage.

The football data, stats, clips, reports, and insights generated by BuildUp ("Outputs") are provided for informational and analytical purposes. Outputs are produced automatically from video using AI and may not be perfectly accurate. You should not rely on Outputs as the sole basis for significant decisions. BuildUp does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any Output.

We aim to process submitted matches within a 48-hour turnaround. In many cases, depending on video quality, matches may be available within a couple of hours. Processing times are estimates and not guaranteed.

If you use the BuildUp API, you must use a valid API key, comply with rate limits, and follow our documentation. You may not use the API to build a competing football data extraction service. We may suspend or terminate API access for abuse, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.

Some products and API usage are paid. Fees, plans, and billing terms are presented at the time of purchase or in a separate agreement. Paid subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled. Refunds, where applicable, are handled according to the terms of your plan or applicable law.

The Services, including the BuildUp name, logo, software, design, glossary structure, and proprietary methods, are owned by Ones To Scout Technologies LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Outputs generated for you may be used by you according to your plan, but the underlying platform and methods remain ours.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that Outputs will be accurate or suitable for your purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuildUp and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or opportunities arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold BuildUp harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your User Content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the Services at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends, though these Terms will continue to apply to prior use.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms here and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in or near Boca Raton, Florida, unless otherwise required by law.
