Wellness Data: Sleep hours/quality, muscle soreness, fatigue, mood, stress levels, body weight
Nutrition Data: Meal logging (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks), water intake, hydration levels
2.4 Social Content
• Reels: Videos you upload publicly, including likes, comments, and view counts
• Playlists: Saved events and match highlights
2.5 Payment Information
Purchase history for Match Breakdown credits and subscription plans. Payment data is processed securely through Stripe; we do not store your credit card details.
2.6 Usage Data
• App interactions and navigation patterns
• Device information and identifiers

• Provide our core services: match video analysis, performance reports, and AI-powered insights
• Generate match breakdowns and statistical reports
• Power our AI Coach (Buildup Coach) for personalized development recommendations

• Power the Buildup Coach conversational AI
• Provide personalized recommendations based on your training, wellness, and performance data
AI-generated insights are recommendations only and should not replace professional coaching advice.

5.2 Service Providers
We share data with trusted service providers who help us operate:
• Stripe – Payment processing
• Bunny – Video hosting, storage, and CDN delivery
• OpenAI – AI processing for chat and analysis features
5.3 Video Analysts
When you submit a match for breakdown, our video analysts may access your video data to provide analysis services.
5.4 Optional Sharing
Public Profile: You may choose to make your profile public via a shareable link. This allows scouts and clubs to view your performance data, statistics, and video highlights. You can disable this at any time.
Reels: Content you post to Reels is publicly visible to all app users.
5.5 Affiliate Program
If you join our referral program, we track referrals to credit commissions. Referrers may see referral counts but not your private data.
6. Social Features
6.1 Reels
Our Reels feature allows you to share short video content publicly. When you post a reel:
• It becomes visible to all app users
• Others can like, comment on, and view your reel
• You can delete your reels at any time
6.2 Team Inquiries
When you submit a team package inquiry, we share your contact information with our team to respond to your request.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You can:
• Delete individual submissions at any time
• Request complete account deletion by contacting support
Upon account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except as required by law for payment records.
